Char siu, is an extremely juicy, sweet, and savory pork dish, and it’s a popular entree on its own - and a pleasant addition to many different types of noodles, rice dishes, and pastries like char siu bao. it is packed 200-250g.

Thawing Recommendation :
A small roast will thaw at about 3 to 5 hours in the chiller.
Cooking Instructions  Wrap the bottom and side at roast pork with aluminium foil.
Bake in oven at 220°C or air fryer at 200°C for about 15– 20min
Shelf life 6 months
