That was my first time to use the master grocers lean minced/ground chicken for cooking. I used this to make fried rice and another dish was Shanghai Wanton. For instance, I never over season the meat for making fried rice. After frying the ground meat (without sugar) before setting it aside, I tasted the mild or slightly sweet of your ground meat which was outstanding. I love it very much. My husband also kept asking me what types of meat I used while he was enjoying the dish. Haha .. The best ground meat we ever had.
I have shared once to your staff about the meat began to thaw (ground meat was soft and kept in a bloated packaging) upon the delivery. I had to keep them into the freezer as soon as possible.
On the day of cooking, I found a block of frozen ground meat when I was about to thaw some ground meat in the fridge by scooping just for a 2-person portion. It ended up I got to thaw the ENTIRE packet, and came out with dish idea to use up the rest of the meat.
Our family want to contiue to support your company but we wish to experience "NO LONGER NEEDED thaw entire packet!" as it is mentioned or claimed.
Otherwise, I might have to spend extra time and effort to divide the packet into 2 or 3 portions in advance. In the meantime, I think it is not appropriated to leave the packet on the countertop for too long as I mentioned above it began to thaw and soft upon the delivery.
